Two things I've learned in Spain.

1. I don't speak Spanish as well as I thought.
2. People are are really mean in Sevilla. They're disproportionately gorgeous, and their city is phenomenal, but Lord almighty are they hostile.

Granada, however, is nearly perfect. That's all I have time for now. I hope to update this soon, with pictures and all, but we're basically homeless and only have internet access in tea houses. Good times so far, though. Lots of seafood, nice people (except for the aforementioned snobs), etc.

weird about sevilla. i never spent more than a few days there, but didn't run into any hostility. mostly orange blossoms. granada is pretty fabulous, though. a shame you're not barcelona-bound or i'd get you set up with my bestest buddy there.

so as incredibly boring as the world cup finals turned out to be, the partying must have been incredible. looking forward to the stories.

Don't they lisp over there? That's probably it.
